Mindfulness Taster Workshops

New to mindfulness or looking to refresh your practice? Attending a free taster workshop is a great place to begin.

We’ll talk about what mindfulness is and how it can help with stress, pain and illness; we’ll also discuss a few misconceptions.

You’ll be led through some key meditation practices including mindfulness of the breath, mindful movement and mindful compassion.

By the end of the session you will have something to take away and use in daily life and Ben will be on hand to discuss how he can support you further in your mindfulness journey.
