Drop-in classes 

If you’ve completed a mindfulness course with Conscious City or elsewhere, or you have an established practice, our monthly weekend drop-in at London Fields Yoga is a great way to connect with other meditators, share your experiences and keep your practice on track.

The drop-ins combine meditation and mindfulness movement with discussion and enquiry and are usually held the first Sunday of every month; they last around 1.5 hours.
